PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to us. We do not collect personally identifiable information about you on this site without your knowledge, and all such information is collected directly from you. We may utilize your email address to send communications to you, but you may opt out at any time. If there are any questions you have that aren’t covered here, please email us at and we’ll reply to your inquiry as soon as possible.
SALES
Sales codes are only valid for the dates the sale is running. If you purchase the day before or a week before we cannot give you the discount off. Also sales codes can not be used on returns or exchanges. Thanks so much for your understanding. To keep up to date with new products and sales, we recommend signing up for our email newsletter.
SHIPMENTS:
All domestic products over one pound ship USPS Priority (2-3 days). Any products under one pound ship USPS First Class. International shipments go out with either USPS International (7-10 + days) or DHL Express (3-5 days). For international, the duty fees are not included in the shipping and you will need to pay for the duty fees at the time of claiming and collecting the package.
SHIPPING INSURANCE:
We offer shipping insurance as an additional charge you can add in the check out process by clicking the option just above the checkout button that says "shipping protection". It is a very small fee of usually around 2% of your total order and will insure your package from be lost, damaged or stolen. If you choose to not get this insurance please note that you are taking full responsibility for your package if it get lost, damaged or stolen.
TURNAROUND TIMES:
Depending on the product and whether or not it's in stock, will determine how fast the product ships out. If the product is in stock, the product will ship with in 1-2 business days. If it's a wallet, mug, key fob or belt that is not in stock, it will typically ship within 3-5 business days. Our leather duffles, totes, messenger bag, rucksacks, briefcases, crossbody bags, and dopp kits all ship with in 3-5 business days as well. The Cooper Satchel being as its all hand stitched is a 14 day turn around. Our waxed canvas products are also 10-14 day turnaround.
