RETURNS

5 DAY RETURN POLICY:
• Must be in new un-used condition so we can resell it.
• Must be one of our standard products in a signature color. 
• No custom products or the Cooper Satchel can be returned.
• No products with initials can be returned.
• Products must arrive back to GFG's in new condition.
• Return shipping back to us is paid for by you the customer. 
• Shipping must be post marked within 5 days of receiving the product.
• Shipping cost is deducted from the refund amount.

Please Note: Any custom orders or products that we have been personalized with initials or any products that were made a different size, or in a custom color, shorter straps as well as the Cooper Satchel are not eligible for a return. Thanks for your understanding.
